Danielle Pompey-Plummer has dedicated more than two decades to counseling and supervising clinicians who support some of the most vulnerable members of the community. She brings extensive experience working with children and adolescents coping with a range of mental health, social, and behavioral challenges.
She holds a master’s degree in psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in both New Jersey and Arizona. She also earned certification as an Approved Clinical Supervisor, which qualifies her to guide clinicians pursuing state licensure.
Danielle currently serves as the Clinical Supervisor for Healthy Body Healthy Mind, LLC. Prior to this role, she spent ten years as a Senior Primary Therapist in the Children’s Partial Hospital Program at Princeton House Behavioral Health in North Brunswick, New Jersey. Her earlier positions included work with Cranford Counseling Center, supervision of the Children’s Mobile Response & Stabilization Unit at UMDNJ in Essex County, and serving as Program Head Clinician for the Full-Day and Half-Day Partial Hospital Programs at Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
Her professional focus is on delivering therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and their families who are seeking effective approaches to mental health and behavioral concerns. Danielle’s combination of long-standing clinical experience and commitment to this population supports her ability to help clients make meaningful progress.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility - clients can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to integrate therapy into daily life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they decide a different fit would be better. Online therapy can provide an accessible way to work with a qualified clinician while accommodating the demands of modern life.
