She sees therapy as a collaborative journey, partnering with clients to foster growth, build coping strategies, and create more intentional, joy-filled lives amid daily challenges.
On a personal note, Kimberly has lived in Texas for more than 27 years and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and studying history when she is not working.
Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating life changes, online therapy is often as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility - you can connect in the format that fits your routine and comfort level, whether that means a video call, a phone session, live chat, or messaging within an app. This flexibility makes it easier to keep therapy consistent amid busy schedules.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if a different therapist would be a better match, clients have the option to switch. Online therapy can make it more convenient to access support for everyday challenges and transitions without changing the core therapeutic goals you would pursue in person.
