Therapy for People with Disabilities: Finding Accessible, Disability-Affirming Care Online

Living with a disability can introduce unique emotional, practical, and systemic challenges. Whether you are dealing with a physical disability, a sensory impairment, a developmental disability, a chronic illness, or an invisible disability, therapy can offer support for mental health, life transitions, identity, and coping with barriers. Online therapy expands access in ways that many people with disabilities find freeing.
