Living with a disability can introduce unique emotional, practical, and systemic challenges. Online therapy expands access in ways that many people with disabilities find freeing. It removes the need to travel to an office, which can be exhausting, time-consuming, or simply impossible for people who use mobility aids, experience chronic pain, or live in areas with limited accessible transportation.
