Living with a disability can introduce unique emotional, practical, and systemic challenges. Whether you are dealing with a physical disability, a sensory impairment, a developmental disability, a chronic illness, or an invisible disability, therapy can offer support for mental health, life transitions, identity, and coping with barriers. Online therapy expands access in ways that many people with disabilities find freeing. It removes the need to travel to an office, which can be exhausting, time-consuming, or simply impossible for people who use mobility aids, experience chronic pain, or live in areas with limited accessible transportation.
