Women and people who identify as women often face a unique set of life experiences and stressors that can affect mental and emotional well-being. Therapy for women’s issues focuses on areas such as reproductive and maternal health, relationships, identity and body image, caregiving stress, workplace challenges, trauma related to gender-based violence, and transitions like menopause or parenting.
