Young adulthood is a distinct life phase marked by big decisions, new responsibilities, and shifting relationships. Assess logistics: confirm that they provide online sessions in your state or region, check availability that fits your schedule, and ask about session formats (video, phone, messaging). It’s reasonable to request a brief consultation to see whether the therapist’s style and approach feel comfortable.
